Mental blocks. Pins and styrofoam.

Saturday, March 1st, 2008

Well. There’s the problem, I think. My brain needs to be blocked to get rid of this block. Which means, really, that it needs to be spring already so I can sit outside and not freeze my toes off.

On the bright side, I sorted through the stash, and it’s not so bad. It won’t be so bad, rather, once I finish this shawl-blanket number I’m working on. The paper stash is another matter, but at least some of the work I stopped in the middle of has been in storage long enough that I might be able to get back to it once it gets warmer.

Also, I need writers to help me with something. The digital broadsides have stalled for two reasons, one of which is lack of text. I want some stuff that’s fragments from lost and unwritten books, so I can do some page design and maybe some covers. Perhaps I’ll write something more formal and see if I can’t get the internet-at-large to pitch in their two cents.
